Because it is a concentrate, you can easily customize your coffee strength to suit your preference by simply diluting it with water, milk, or a milk alternative. This allows you to create a wide range of coffee drinks, from iced coffee to lattes, without the need for complex brewing equipment. Moreover, cold brew concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, ensuring that you always have a ready supply of fresh coffee on hand. Step 1: Get yourself a 40 oz. bag of whole beans and grind COARSE.
Step 2: Put the grounds in a large tea bag or cheese cloth.
Step 3: Place bag in a 5 gallon bucket.
Step 4: Add 2.5 gallons of cold or room temperature water. Don’t use hot water.
Step 5: Allow grounds to steep for 24 hours.Step 6: Remove bag and pour into containers.
Step 7: Make yourself a delicious iced coffee! Remember, this is concentrate so you will want to add some water, milk, creamer, or a combination. I’ll share with you my fall favorite.
